3 Day Course   

This course is directed at students who do not have access to a forklift at their workplace.

The 3 Day Course consists of:

• Theory and Practical training using the facilities at Ace truck Academy, to assist the student in obtaining the knowledge required on the forklift and around the workplace.
• Extensive training in both Forklift Operations and Safety procedures, in and around the workplace.
• Forklift assessment which involves a closed book theory exam, followed by a thorough practical test.

• Learner Resource Guide
• Home Study Information Notes
• All required Training

Introduction and Set Up

This course is designed for those who have access to a forklift with a Supervisor who holds a current Workplace Health and Safety licence to operate a Forklift (licence class LF)

The Introduction and Set Up includes:

• Theory and Practical training using the facilities at Ace truck Academy, to assist the student in obtaining the knowledge required on the forklift and around the workplace.
• Extensive training in both Forklift Operations and Safety procedures, in and around the workplace.
• Training Plan
• Log Books
• Learner Resource Guides
• Home Study Information Notes

All students must then complete 40 hours signed off in their log books via supervisor.

Assessment

Once students have completed the Introduction and Set Up, they must return to Ace Truck Academy to undertake their Written and Practical Assessment.  Pass rate on all OHS Courses is 100%.
