A current Queensland Drivers Licence will be sufficient.

If you do not have a current licence, you must provide at least 3 evidence of identity documents including:-
1 Category A document from the list below; and
1 Category B document from the list below; and
1 document from either category, or from other evidence.

One of these 3 documents must include your signature.

Category A:-

• Full Australian Birth Certificate
• Australian Passport (current or expired less than 2 years)
• Foreign Passport (current or expired less than 2 years)
• Queensland 18+ card (issued after 01/01/1992)
• Australian citizenship or naturalization certificate

Category B:-

• Medicare Card
• Financial Institute debit/credit card
• Education Institution student identity document (including photo and/or signature)
• Department of Veterans' Affair/Centrelink card
• Pensioner concession card

Other Evidence:-

• Contract of purchase, current lease or rental document
• Australian Taxation Office assessment (current or previous years)
• Land Tax Valuation Notice (current)
• Queensland Utilities Bill including current address
